Senior EMT Alan Roochvarg. PhD, EMT-B
Alan serves as our HIPAA Security Officer, making sure that our medical records are safely and securely stored. He is also our Public Information Officer, having been trained at the Washington State Department of Emergency Management. Alan was the recipient of the Silent Service Award for 2005. Alan
first volunteered as an EMT in Pennsylvania. He came
to the San Juan Islands on vacation eight years ago.
After retiring from the computer industry, he and
his wife Lynn moved here permanently.
