BA, EMT-B, WEMT Marianne Alluise
Marianne has been an EMT since 2005. She became an EMT because she was inspired by the EMT’s that responded to her grandfather’s critical emergency. She was also looking for an opportunity to serve her community and gain experience for nursing school. She loves trail running, rock-climbing, and teaching/tutoring. She is not only a volunteer here, but works as an EMT-B for Rural Metro Ambulance for King County. She has 3 awesome sisters, a dog (Brewster) and her mom and dad live on the island. Her dad is EMT Steve Alluise. It’s a family affair! She moved here from Long Island, NJ, in 2002 with her folks when they retired. Her dream is to be a nurse with Doctors without Borders in Africa and/or work with the wounded soldiers in Iraq. Email Marianne at malluise@sanjuanems.org. |
