Safety Officer  Francis Smith

Francis is a Vietnam veteran with service as a B-52 pilot and ground-based forward air-controller.  He is also a Coast Guard licensed captain and does some seasonal charter work. 

 

Both he and his wife Rebecca are just completing their rookie year as EMT’s and recently added the Wilderness EMT designation to their qualifications.
