Patricia
was raised in Delaware, attended college in Florida and
lived in Switzerland for the next twenty years where she met
her husband Robert. They were at lunch with Paramedic Koons
about a flying program for her son when they learned that
she was an island paramedic.
Patricia and Robert joined EMS in 2001 and serves as our
Flight Officer, overseeing our Flight Operations of the BLS
fixed wing service through Island Air.
