Job Posting for Office Manager

San Juan Island EMS is hiring an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be well versed in all aspects of organizational administrative operations with proven ability to work independently. Major responsibilities include coordinating all financial transactions including, AR, AP and Payroll; coordination of all personnel benefits and documents; public relations including preparing newsletter and press releases and general administrative office organization. Minimum qualifications include 4 years of professional administrative work experience or college degree, an understanding of general accounting practices and high proficiency with MS Office 365, Windows 10 and web-based applications. Pay range begins $25-$27 an hour plus a generous benefit package.
